  Phoebe that works at the front desk went above and beyond to help customers who were disappointed with the very low quality of the hotel. Three women in front of me were about to raise a complaint since they felt deceived by the hotel's online photos and descriptions (not surprisingly) and Phoebe did her best to accommodate customers, changing the rooms, apologizing for low temperature in the room and lack of promised Wifi. Front desk personnel saved the situation.

  Very old, tired rooms with security door chains in rooms. Rooms not refreshed for ages. Power plugs and switches need changing (as the whole electricity in the hotel). Bathrooms need refurbishing. Low temperature in the room, no access to Wifi. Photos available on Booking.com do not reflect reality.

  Amazing property best hotel I’ve stayed in London. Lovely pub downstairs that does food and has sky sports. Comfy beds. Had everything you needed in the room. So easy to check in and out. Able to leave bags while out for the day before room check in and after checkout this is really helpful. Great location for London Zoo took us less than 20 minutes to walk there through the park. Lovely friendly staff what a great place. We will be back!

  The peace and tranquillity of this place are amazing. We needed time to ourselves, to switch off and reset. To be able to spend time listening to birds, watching squirrels, and being mindful of the nature that surrounds you is incredible. You dont find that special place very often, but we did find one of ours, here at the cabin

  Great spacious room with its own rolltop bath. Great bathroom and shower, light room. We had a great meal downstairs in the restaurant and the starter was really outstanding. Lovely location just 100m or so to the cove. Parking opposite.
