I was very well looked after and made very welcome by Caroline and Russell. Everything was of a extremely high standard. The breakfasts were excellent - lots of choice and all beautifully cooked. My room was comfortable, cosy, well-equipped and absolutely spotless. A lot of thought and care has been put into making the stay outstandingly comfortable and enjoyable - I especially appreciated the lovely treats in the mini-fridge! Location is very convenient for the seafront and visiting the local area, and is well-served by public transport - no 22 bus just 2 minutes walk away. Couldn't have asked for more! I highly recommend this venue - an absolute gem. Very much looking forward to staying here again.

I was visiting RSPB Minsmere so I needed a place to stay close to the reserve. I couldn't have chosen better. The hosts, Alistair and Ruth were so welcoming I felt instantly at home. The room was very cosy and comfortable, with a relaxing feel to it. If I ever go back to that area, I will definitely book with them again. It was lovely.

Amazing property recommend walk about the Carberry tower tower and gardens great photo op for those travelling through Edinburgh. Stayed at Juniper cottage with group of 7 had plenty of room with all the facilities.

The property was clean and family friendly. The concierge Gerry was excellent. He chatted to my family and even gave the kids some colouring pages which kept them entertained.

Well I was a late check in and the guy on the reception was so rude and to be honest couldn’t really communicate efficiently in English it took over 40 minutes to even get a room number and then I was told they had no more room keys so I had to have door open with a paper wedge all evening. Even when I left I wasn’t offered help with the master key he had if anything he avoided me to carry on with his jobs. I have to say I felt unsafe venerable and couldn’t sleep at all with the worry of hearing my door open at anytime. I’ve never ever ever had this issue in any hotel other than this one and I haven’t even been given a call in response to my email I sent after the night there.
