Difficult parking ( some hotels in Sidmouth don't have any parking or more limited). Insulation between rooms not good. Dogs allowed.

The loft was spotless and well equipped. It felt like a home.

The only negative was that booking.com had put the wrong key code on their app. I tried to contact them but was unsuccessful. Eventually, I found an email with the correct code. This is not a reflection on the loft as an excellent accommodation.

Room 206 has a noisy extractor fan in close proximity outside below the window, which does not switch off until after 2300..
