The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Excellent location, clean, warm and comfortable. Welcoming and generally well equipped. There were some basic supplies in the kitchen, a pint of milk and some biscuits/ pastries as well. Even though it is a street-fronted property, the was very little noise at night and we enjoyed a peaceful week.

The rusty metal hooks and loose glass shelf over the bathtub/ shower were of concern. A coffee pot would be a useful addition to the otherwise well supplied kitchen.

We only stayed there for 4 hours in between flights. We checked in at around 2am and checked out at 6am. The location was very convenient and the room was comfortable. The receptionist nearly misled us on how to get to the National Express depot but luckily someone else was there who explained it

Very close to the Causeway, Carrick-a-pede and Bushmills, but in a rural setting. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. We had a comfortable ground floor twin, so no dragging luggage upstairs. Plenty of car parking space.

The view from our room was lovely. Location was very good. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was very dated and tired. It needs lots of TLC. The bath and one of the sinks had chips in it. The whole hotel needs updating. The waiting staff were not very knowledgeable, when I asked for a glass of wine they didn’t have a clue and my husband asked for a 1/2pint of cider, he got a pint. Also we had to chase the drinks as they didn’t come when first ordered.

Too high bar bills. £20.85 for a beer and glass of wine!! Ridiculous! No hairdryer in room! Poor breakfast!

The self check in was very difficult and the machines were very slow. Not ideal. We asked a member of the bar staff to assist.
