Perfect location. Restaurants, cafes and bars on the doorstep. Walking distance to Piccadilly train station. Tram outside the front door. Spotlessly clean ,big comfy bed and very friendly staff. Liked the big spacious bar, very chilled. Would definitely stay again. Room wasn’t huge but that was expected and we had plenty space for bags and bits.

Excellent location stunning views, clean and so comfortable. Everything you could want for a weekend break. Great location a 5 minute walk into Rye. Parking was easy and so close the apartment. Key in lock box was ready for us for our check-in time. Can thoroughly recommend this place and we cannot wait to re-book for another stay.

Chose this hotel as not much availability in the usual chains for some reason on this particular evening. Very quiet location. Clean property. Hot tub available if wanted. Unclear as to whether the refreshments provided were free for guests or chargeable, so left alone on this occasion, but a nice touch if included.

Not without some minor issues unfortunately. Was a cool evening and so needed to use radiator, but this was not working. The valve was fully open, but did not heat further. Had to rely on the bathroom towel radiator to heat the room which took a while understandably. Also they have a light sensor in the bathroom, but with no natural light and a short timer, it meant the light kept going out when even moving around the room. Had to move towards door to activate sensor again, which is not practical mid shower. Suggest either extending time on this or just having a normal light switch. Tried to call the provided number for reception to report these issues leaving a message, as this hotel has no reception on site, and I am still yet to receive a reply. Saw nobody on site during my stay. To clarify, this was a highly priced room for the evening and so I'd expect better outcomes. The room was presented to a higher than normal standard, but with poor WIFI it limited functionality for business use. Just a few too many things that would make me reconsider a second trip I'm afraid. Note that while not an issue, something to be aware of is something the photos online don't really show clearly and that is that the doors to the room open up immediately to your bed. Not an issue if you are aware as quiet location, but no real separation of the space. Doors are frosted French doors, so private at least. No option for breakfast provided.

No parking available, needs a refurb, milk wasn't replenished, shower didn't drain properly, no hanging space or hangers. Overall expensive for what it was.
