Location very handy for work at National Archives. Room was comfortable, extremely clean and well set up - far nicer than any of the other options nearby. Loved that the floor was carpet free - feels much more hygienic. Bathroom clean & attractive. Staff were good at keeping in contact re. arrangements for checking in. Liked the old books in the wardrobe!

The location is perfect for what we were staying for, a short walk to the AO. Free parking is hard to find in Manchester and this is such a handy plus that is included in the price of stay. I have stayed more then once and the rooms have always been clean. Very friendly staff, offering breakfast and bar behind the seat in the front

The property is a little dated and the rooms are small especially the bathrooms. But they have all you need and when only staying for a night or two it does the job perfectly.

Comfiest beds of the entire stay... and we stayed in 9 hotels during our stay. Lovely pillows. Cosy, warm hotel. Fan in the room. The Breakfast was FANTASTIC... many of the hotels disappointed us with regards to breakfasts but not this one! This one exceeded expectations.

Very pleasantly surprised with the hotel for the price! The rooms are much bigger than I thought, and while they are pretty basic they were very clean. The breakfast was also really great and the staff were lovely and friendly! Very good for the price!!

The property was pristine, modern and has everything you need, a real home away from home. The kitchen has everything you could need in terms of appliances. Lovely touch with continental breakfast bits.
