Positive section of review
The location was excellent. We could easily catch a bus to Heathrow or London, and the train station was nearby. There's an Aldi and Asda for groceries, a delicious Turkish grill bar just around the corner, and a Greek restaurant right next door. Picking up the keys was a breeze. The owner met us upon arrival and was incredibly friendly and helpful. There's also the option for a self-check-in via a secure key box for more flexibility. The flat had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and with three bedrooms (including a spacious master, a kids' room with two single beds, and a guest room on the second floor), our two families had plenty of privacy. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils, a toaster, a microwave, and tea supplies. A suggestion for improvement would be to include sugar and coffee as well. Our kids even enjoyed playing with the toys that were provided. Great Value - аor our large group, the flat was a steal!

There were a few minor things that could be improved. The WiFi connection and a welcome information pack with details about the flat and local recommendations would have been helpful. There's also only one bathroom for three bedrooms, which isn't a major issue but something to consider, especially for larger groups. Finding parking could be a challenge if you're travelling by car, so be sure to check with the owner beforehand. This is a great property for many, but it's important to note that there are stairs to consider, especially for guests with mobility limitations or elderly guests. The separate entrance leads to the first floor, and the guest bedroom on the second floor has a steeper staircase. Overall, these minor inconveniences didn't detract from our wonderful Family Flat stay. We are so grateful for this lovely experience in Kingston!

Bathroom was very small, there was a lot of black mould in the shower, there was no handle on the bathroom door inside making it difficult to close properly, the bed sheet was stained at the headboard end and the pillows had seen better days making for an uncomfortable night. No spoon provided with tea facilities.
