We also had great breakfasts here, would recommend the banana pancakes! This place truly is a gem and it was the highlight of our trip, so peaceful and serene. The pool was pristine, and there was a lovely area with sun beds, perfect for relaxing afternoons. Our room was spacious and equipped with a powerful air conditioner, ensuring a comfortable stay even in the heat. One of my friend’s highlights was the staff's willingness to take her on a motorbike trip into town, which was a memorable and fun experience!   The bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in. The shower was nice and powerful. The staff were lovely and friendly, yet respectfully professional. We were especially impressed with the bar man and the night porter. We loved the Garden Restaurant but only found it by accident. The food was exceptional and ideal for a special occassion. The Night Porter was kind enough to make us a special cheese board to have in our room after the restaurant had shut. Breakfast was huge portions but still really well presented.

  The room was a little smaller than I was expecting for the price paid and the online photos. On arrival it would have been nice to be informed about the facilites available. We only knew what we saw with our own eyes from standing in reception and we almost ate out in town because we didnt know about The Garden Restaurant. We would have been dissapointed if we hadn't found it by accident because it was outstanding food and service for dinner. The bath robe was too small for my husband, it didnt even cover his hips but it made us laugh. I would have liked tea making facilites in the room but it wasn't advertised and we did recieve one complimentary tea and coffee with room service so can't really complain. The breakfast service could have been a bit more attentive. My coffee was luke warm and the filter hadn't worked so I had some rather dissapointing coffee with my lovely breakfast. I could not get the waiter's attention to ask for a fresh pot, although granted, I could have tried harder and it was busy. No one asked how our breakfast was at any stage. It was delivered, then we were left alone, which is probably ok if everything is going well but we ran out of toast, needed ketchup and fresh drinks. I think if I was paying the non resident rate for breakfast I would have expected better, more attentive service but it wasn't awful and it didn't in anyway tarnish the wonderful experience staying there and we'd love to visit again.

  Very handy location if you want to be near Falmouth but quiet. Carpark rather spoils the otherwise lovely view but it is quite fun to watch all the comings and goings on the beach from a distance. Very accessible as there is a lift. Great sea food restaurant 5 mins walk away.

  A non-slip mat for the shower would be nice as it's very slippery. A bit minimalist for my taste. A couple of more upright comfortable chairs would be useful. I an partially disabled and found the sofa difficult. Instructions on how to use appliances and heating would be helpful.

  The main let down was the fact the hot tub doesn’t have a cover, so we couldn’t enjoy it while the rain was on. Also it was nice to have a robe to wear but a pair of slippers or something similar would be good for going between the hot tub and the pod, keeps the floor dry and clean!
