Dinner was really expensive for what it was, and menu misleading (no way was it chalk stream trout) and it was overcooked and small portions. Breakfast was like a budget hotel, coffee was poor, plug in Bath is broken, TV didn't have any UK main channels, heating unit in ceiling quite loud, staff on breakfast area just let a phone ring and ring in the kitchen really loudly for ages, feel.like I am complaining, it wasn't that bad really, but for the price I would have expected generally higher quality and better service.

It was a decent location for out trip to old Trafford and also the free parking was a bonus

We arrived at check in time 3pm and nobody was there, I called and austin sayed he would be 5 minutes, that was fine until we realised he still had to clean the room, really disappointed, if he gives it a good clean, paints the walls, xhanged the carpet, bed and sofa bed it'll ne decent enough

The reception desk is directly opposite the commercial kitchen door playing loud music as soon as you walk in the main front door from the carpark. Emergency light permanently on above the bed in room 7. See photo attached. Carpark full of pot holes. You have to walk through the restaurants with suitcases to the bedrooms whilst other guests are eating.
