Staff were pleasant and courteous. Facilities were good and everything was clean. Location was perfect as it is right next to a tube station.

There was rooftop plant right outside my room window which was quite noisy and running 24/7. I appreciate that this is unavoidable as it has to go somewhere, but it could be mitigated by using secondary glazing or a screen of some sort for sound proofing. I was travelling for business and only in the room to sleep, and this was a big disruption.

Very easy to collect keys from the Kick Ass Hostel that's just around the corner. Drop off in the morning was really easy too.

Fully understand we were staying in student accommodation, but the windows didn't close and we were on the ground floor meaning anyone could pull them open. The fact all doors are brown heavy fire doors makes it really gloomy and hard to talk to each other. The floors are so creaky that no one can move without waking the whole place up. If any other weekend I believe this could be a budget-friendly way to stay in Edinburgh, but it was Taylor Swift so we paid over £1,000.00.
