big and comfortable. had small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, as well as crockery and cutlery. owners also put a fresh bottle of milk and fresh loaf of bread in for my use, along with condiments (butter, ham, sugar, etc). just brilliant. I didn’t realise there was an airport transfer that ran from there automatically so got a knock on my door at 4:30am which woke me and so I got ready in a world record time and on the transfer for a tenner! (I was going to Uber it but it caught me unawares and half asleep haha! so I just did as the driver said and quickly got dressed. fortunately I was packed but a bit embarrassed as I hadn’t time to make the bed or put my plate away!)

The room was a great size, with the option for a bath or a shower. The breakfast was exceptional (perfect poached eggs) and we also had the wine pairing dinner which was also just as tasty. The bed was pretty massive and super comfortable, The wifi was great within the room also which meant I could continue doing work in the room.

There isn't much I could fault with our stay at Hotel du Vin. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Bedroom clean and tidy, well stocked tea and coffee, as well as full stocked bathroom items. Breakfast was excellent with a vast choice of food, excellent views of planes landing taking off. Breakfast venue well signed throughout Hotel.

Lovely interior, fantastic well equipped kitchen, very comfortable sitting room. Spacious comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location in the centre of Richmond. Good communication with host.

It was a great location! A 5 minute walk to the centre of the city and there was a lovely park next to the apartments. For the rest, it was well equipped and it was very spacious.

We enjoyed our stay and had all we needed, we would certainly go back if we wanted to stay in the same area.

The only down side was the amount of moths flying around the house, the downstairs toilet sounded like the Queen Mary leaving port when you flushed it and the conservatory door lock was a bit temperamental.
