This ground floor property was in a location that was close to where we were attending a conference. The owner was very responsive to any requests; availability of parking , etc. The sitting room and kitchen were great, clean and well supplied with all utilities. I felt that a family could well be accommodated here, all doors were wide which would allow for a baby buggy. This was budget accommodation but was perfectly adequate. I was surprised they accepted single night bookings, actually. Check-in, via lockbox was simple.

I can’t say I didn’t like anything in particular. There were a couple of things that needed some attention: the bathroom door didn’t lock, and a couple of other little things. I’ll give feedback to the owner.

Lovely room, clean and comfortable. Bed very comfy slept very well. Nice and quiet. Great location, city centre bottom of the road, turn left less than 5 mins. Breakfast was delicious cereal, full english

The location was good as I had booked it to be near an event I attended. There were decent restaurants closeby as well. The bed was very comfortable .

They changed the time of my spa treatment which meant i had to wake earlier to have breakfast. I also then had to pay extra for late checkout as it coincided with my massage. My partner could not access the pool/spa facilities as he was told it was at full capacity. He then saw someone else being allowed in. Considering I paid for a couples massage, we just didn't get the value for money. We also tried ordering room service via the app. That didn't work and there's no phone in the room. I had to walk to the restaurant to order.
