The apartment is spacious, and even had a spare room equipped as a study which came in useful for me to work from during my stay. The apartment is well equipped from kitchen to living room and bedroom, which made it feel much like home during my stay. It has 2 toilets and bathrooms which is really cool, and plenty of storage spaces in wardrobes and the spare room. The balcony was very good being on the 7th floor level, there was a lot of fresh air from the trees around.

It's just not cool.to have to travel 12 - 15minutes walk from the building to pick up access keys at convenient store, and drop off keys... no spare keys for couples or family going out separately, which therefore requires walking that long distance to drop off key or book 2 locations whenever one books a taxi, just so because the key drop.off is far from location. The exterior look of the building under renovation was not at all appealing, and was quite discouraging until.i got into the apartment, which compensated for the exterior looks. You may also want to change the pressing iron and get the carpets in the lobby outside the elevator cleaned up.

The beeches is set in a beautiful location with private access to the most amazing little cottage type feel down stairs appartment with all the commodities that one would need . Very friendly host and welcoming feel ! Will definitely pay a visit again .

Good location, but unfortunately the person above was very heavy footed, we thought they were trying to do 10000 steps! Very annoying ! Bed comfy but no bin in that area for refreshments waste, need a rubber mat for shower as floor very slippery.

Easy access from M4. Located nicely from city centre and beach. The manager was absolutely outstanding, she was welcoming and very helpful.
