Perfect location, 10 minute walk from Co-op Live, 5 from Etihad Stadium. Even closer is a big Asda. Flat has great views from the balcony on the 10th floor of the building, overlooking Man City's ground. Clean and tidy, with towels, bathroom essentials, tea and coffee provided. Decent fridge and freezer. Beds were a little spongy, but comfortable enough. Furnished nicely with plenty of room for us as a couple. We cooked our own food too in the nice little kitchen. A lovely stay.

We visited during the European Football Championships and I wanted to view some matches. Had to contact the owner to work out how the TV worked on the first day. Second day I reverted to casting from my phone as it wasn't working. This was my only gripe about the place, and the owner did try to help. Hopefully he will sort it out before we come again as I, which I am sure we will as we really liked it here.

The room was booked quite last minute for coleagues of mine. My party was checking in after hours, so the hotel was very good in that they contacted me to verify that all was still okay with the booking as the night went on. It was good to have that peace of mind that 'on arrival' all would be fine with the late check in.

Although it didn't really affect my colleagues, I suppose more flexible 24 hour check in arrangements would be useful to some travellers. Though as I stated, the staff were happy to acommodate my colleagues arrival just fine.

The view is incredible and so quiet as long as you like the sound of the trains on the bridge. Perfect for a solo stay, although a couple would love it too. No problem parking but be aware of the flight steps up to the house. Lovely big shower. Great range of teas and coffee provided.

Curtains need to be thicker especially in the bedroom, or a thicker blind. Instructions are needed for every appliance, including the 3 different models of electric heaters. Perhaps label the various switches too? Description needs to mention the freezer. The smallest saucepan is too small to register on the cooker ring. A full size chopping board would be great.

Parking on gravel was slightly tight and would recommend wearing slippers in the garden as gravel would hurt your feet. Also, considering a baby bed so that it’s abit more baby friendly.

I got bugs from the floor bed, it literally sits on the floor with just a grate. In summer there should be fans to bring fresh air to the room.
