2 mins away from Bristol Airport. The main house was small but rooms had all facilities, comfortable, very clean and good shower. 30 second walk up from Airport Tavern bus stop. We used Bristol Airport Flyer A1 to get there. Also Airport Tavern (across very busy road) provided good 'pub grub' for evening meal. Will book again if I fly from Bristol.

A unique and beautiful little place right in the centre of Whitby. Comfy bed and lots of beautiful features. It was very clean and had plenty of nice extras like the coffee and biscuits.

The only downside was there were no staff around and no answer on the phone when we tried to check in. Staff in the cafe nearby managed to contact someone eventually to find out what room we were in. A quick call to let us know what room it was would have been fine as the room was ready with keys in the door.

Location. Although no hotel car park for majority of guests, there were council car parks close by. Fantastic bar and food service.

We intended to book dinner in the restaurant only to be greeted with a sign that says NO CASH ACCEPTED. We didn’t really want to go out to eat but ended up doing so, I am sick of going into shops / restaurants only to be told that they do not value the cash in my pocket. This should not be something me as a customer needs to worry about. For this reason I would also never book a stay with the hotel again unless they changed the cashless policy.
