I liked the proximity to Gatwick airport and Horley train station. Easy access to public transport. The staff were very helpful. I had a wonderful cooked breakfast that I really enjoyed. It was the first time anyone actually made my eggs exactly how I like them. Bless the chef ❤️. The environment was clean. Room and bathroom were clean, but could be better. Overall, it was a good stay

Nothing really. I loved it. Just a recommendation though. I think a bottle of water in the rooms will be a brilliant idea, especially because of guests who may arrive late like myself. I had to walk to town to get a bottle of water, even though I was really tired, because I do not drink water directly from the tap unless it’s filtered.

The whole experience was very good and quite professional. The breakfast food quality was very good. The location was excellent for my needs.

The breakfast room, nearest the buffet is very busy and cramped. Please have breakfast there and see for yourself. Also a staff member dropped the utensil for picking up hash browns on the floor and just put it back. Reception rang me during a busy time to check we were arriving, after I had booked and paid for the room (Sally). Also initially the reception thought I still had to pay for the room. The room was adjoining and we could hear other guests talking very early in the morning after we had finished work during the early hours.

The room was lovely, clean and spacious. The breakfast was brilliant, plenty to choose from and lots of healthy options.

Only a small negative - The chocolate fondant my husband selected for desert was hard and over cooked and not runny in the middle as expected. Other than that the meal was lovely.

Mattress a bit roll together, and little support at the sides. My wife fell out of bed reaching for her phone at 5.30am. No damage to report thankfully.
