Lovely little accommodation. There is a great offer for breakfast. Staff very friendly. The surroundings of the accommodation are arranged. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is shared with other rooms. There are shops nearby, otherwise a quiet neighborhood. I can only recommend further.

The air conditioner for the lower rooms hummed all night under the window. Fortunately, we were very tired, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to fall asleep.

Nice room in a very pleasant area. Lucky to get breakfast altho you had to walk along the road to get it. Actual breakfast acceptable but not the best. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

The location at Ealing Common is the only thing going for this place. They did provide a VAT invoice when requested. Out of hours check in is possible.

The place is filthy, dirty, and smelled of tobacco smoke, even though smoking inside public places has been banned for many years. My room was unclean, and the single bed little more than a camp bed which was so uncomfortable I hardly slept at all. The walls are paper thin so much so that I could hear every word the guy in the room was saying (shouting) at 7am in the morning. The Wifi was rubbish. The TV in my room had no remote control. If you are pondering staying here, do yourself a favour and DON'T, even if that means paying a little more to stay somewhere else. I really don't know how this place remains in business.

Good choice of breakfast options, drinks were reasonably priced, staff friendly and helpful, plenty of places to sit and eat inside and outside.

The only thing that was a bit off putting and to be awhere of is the early morning delivery by the draymen if you are in the front rooms over looking the main street.
