Such an useful little find.... fantastic easy parking right outside ✅ The room was small but had everything....newly decorated, very clean, beautiful bathroom. Mini fridge which is almost a must nowadays!😉 🥃Didn't expect the free water, porridge and croissant 🥐 Thanks x The balcony made it .... stunning views and faces west for a nice sunset. Extremely quiet private position. Lovely crisp white bed linen too. Very handy to get to Halifax and Hebden etc

Nothing really. There's no reception or on site person so wouldn't fancy it on my own. Also the outer door to the stairs was missing which was a bit off putting.

- All facilities/furnishings were brand new and very clean (exactly like the pictures shown.) - Great nights sleep with no disturbances from other guests. - Solo traveller friendly. - Shazia is a lovely host who made me feel very welcome during my trip. - Great price for everything included and I’ll definitely stay here again when I next visit Newcastle.

Lovely guest house, beds were so comfortable, Great location, easy self checkin, we stayed in room 8 which was upstairs front facing with lovely view .We ate at harbour lights few doors down ,food was fabulous great value for money and the entertainment on the Saturday was exceptional. Would certainly stay again if travelling to Irvine. Thanks Nick

Would be good if we were given more milk for coffee, might be an idea to maybe leave more out in corridor, we had taken milk substitute with us so wasn't a big problem . Husband hurt foot with the carpet tacks poking up through the carpet.

Loved the location very central and very close to a Sainsbury’s local, especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony hearing York Minster chime, lovely, clean and modern. Liked having a key code instead of keys. Apartment had a washer/ dryer so no washing when we got home.

Found the tv confusing but then that’s probably me being not very technically minded. Also being 5ft2in found some of the kitchen cabinets a little too high but other half taller so not an issue

Location was very good. Communication via messaging very good. Extra touch of proscecco and biscuits tea, coffee, coffee pods and sugar and uht milk a great welcome pack.

Complicated entry system, and having to view a utube video to work it out and QR codes for info on using kitchen equipment eg coffee machine. Not knowing or being informed that we were on top floor with two staircases one of which has only partial bannister. Not good for two 70 year olds, one of which had knee problems and uses a walking stick. This should have been made clear on booking. They knew as I told them I was a pensioner. Also I did not know I had to send photo of a driving licence or passport until I had almost completed booking form. Too much tech, luckily I coped but not every one can. This is honest feedback but still a lovely apartment. Ps wobbly tap in kitchen and scores on walls at window in living room.
