Fab location, just 1 min walk from the Paddington. So if you want to explore London by walk and using Tube, this place is a no brainer for stay. This place has many restaurants and grocery places nearby, so everything is super accessible.

Only 1 downside, there is no lift, so if your apartment is on a higher floor, be prepared to carry luggage manually.

Amazing property. The apartment was really nice, very well equipped and feels very welcoming. It is also close to public transport and easy to travel to London city. We had a really good time here.

Great breakfast : a good and abundant English breakfast Very conveniently located near Canoe Lake, The seafront and Albert Road. You can walk anywhere.

a) the rooms are on a busy road and the bus stop is just outside the hotel. Noise is guaranteed especially with warmer weather when one keeps the windows open. b) the executive room was very basic. There is only one chair and a rather uncomfortable 'design' chair which is difficult to use. Hence the offer of room service breakfast is only theoretical since there is no space to properly consume breakfast in. the. room. c) there was a long haired dirty looking rug in the room which made the room unappealing d) the lighting on the bedside tables was so dim that it was impossible to read in bed e) the decor is tired and not terribly tasteful

The cleanliness let it down the grill pan doesn't look like it had been cleaned since the cooker had been there and the blinds are thick with dust and the floors were dusty as well
