      the apartment was in a great location with good amenities very close by. Flat was a good size and had everything you could need really. plenty of places to eat out nearby and good access with the rear parking.

      Whilst there was a dedicated parking spot as advertised, sadly the other occupants of the apartments did make parking a little awkward at times. This is not something the hosts can directly influence so not something i would hold as a negative against them.

      Travelled for business and fantastic central location right in the heart of the city. Lots of amenities nearby including safe parking.

      There is a slight noise from the train station close by. It wasn't sufficient to put me off but could possibly do for anyone who is a light sleeper.

      Staff were very friendly and helpful.The location was good as we used it as a base to visit places.

      Unfortunately we had a bedroom that was very noisy as the boiler was stuck,when we spoke to the reception this was resolved. Menu needs updating as there was not many options if you were staying at the hotel for more than 2 nights.Breakfast was good.

      Ideal position. And delightful staff every single person.

      Room very dark with poor lighting. Bedside lamps only controllable by one switch and couldn’t be reached without getting out of bed! Awkward wooden shelf around edge of bed. Very uncomfortable seating in room. No lounge for seating and relaxing.

      Location and positioning of caravan.

      Being lied to. Them not knowing about our arrival causing unnecessary stress. Host trying to cancel our stay 20 minutes before check in after we had driving 2 hours to destination with 2 dogs. Host being rude. Stating she was blocking our number before messaging over her father's contact details to take over who then sorted everything for us and got a cleaner in last minute.
