Dunmore was absolutely beautifully presented, very clean and extremely well equipped, really a home form home. The welcome basket was a really lovely touch. Such a lot of thought was given to make our stay an absolute pleasure.

Although available in the main bathroom, the inclusion of small wall mirror and shelf in the en suite would have been very useful.

Location was great particularly for me. My head office is in Fulham, about 15 minutes away on foot. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. It’s also really close to the Thames, so you can take lovely walks along the river.

There was a slight miscommunication regarding the keys but the owner was able to settle this very efficiently, despite it being a bank holiday!

We stayed in the 12-bed dorm (there was a group of 12 of us) and it was absolutely tiny. Barely enough floor space to manoeuvre past people, and only two small corners and a cage to leave bags. Most of the lights didn’t work in the room so it was very dark. It also got extremely hot during the night even with a fan on and windows open. Showers were great but only two sinks in the entire hostel.

Liked the restaurant and drinking options and the comfort and generous sizing of the rooms.

Staff handing us their "Recommend me card" when they hadn't even been serving us. The staff that didn't hand us their card were the best workers. This was particularly evident in the breakfast restaurant. If I would like to give someone a recommendation I would do it without being handed a card.
