I was using public transport, so this flat is ideally situated between the rail and bus stations. It is also central for the city, a few minutes' walk from all that matters. The facilities are excellent, to the best modern standard. If you want to eat out, there are plenty of eateries of all kinds, open long hours, close by. Hereford has steadily improved over the last decade, and is now well worth a visit.

The entrance stairs are steep, and that Captain's bed would be challenging to the less able. These didn't worry me, but for the less nimble, not really suitable. A suggestion: replace the minimalist scaffolding ladder with a wooden, pull-out step-ladder hinged at the top -safer and easier in bare feet or shoes.

The property was incredibly clean and well kept. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The owners were very generous with the supplies and left a very thoughtful welcome gift. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We are on a family driving trip through Great Britain and this has been our favourite stop! Thank you Annie!

Tiny rooms. Decor pleasant but requires attention to detail. Expanding foam visible around the door frame in bathroom. Chunks missing in skirting where guests have caused damage partly due to lack of space. Would have preferred a toaster to the warm food cabinet as this tended to dry out the bread rolls and croissants/pastries.
