We stayed in the room with view to the stadium and Blackpool Tower in the distance, so at night we could see it changing the colors over the town. Room was spacious and super clean - extra points for cleaning team - they are doing great job! Extra kudos for milk provided - first hotel ever where there was just enough for us so we didn't have to ask for extra! Breakfast was really lovely, cooked to perfection what's important as it sets you off for the day. Sausages especially were full of taste :) Reception staff has kindly allowed us to leave the car in the car park after check out time with no extra charge - thank you!

I understand that for safety reasons windows in rooms with view to stadium cannot be open fully when the match is not on, but it would be nice to still be able to open them slightly to let the fresh air in. Unfortunately it felt like they had some sort of blockade to prevent from it. Walls are not very well soundproofed so expect to hear other families around you.

We had a one night stay to celebrate my birthday. We didn’t have dinner in the hotel but the breakfast was lovely. I particularly enjoyed being served as that was a treat, these days it is usually a help yourself buffet. The food was cooked to order and this means less waste. Our table had the stunning view over the lake.

The dinner menu didn’t suit us. Some areas of the hotel looked a little tired. Personally I think that taxidermy belongs in the 19th century not the 21st.

Lovely stay with good entertainment. The location is perfect for walking along the front and big shopping area close by and chippy just behind

We got the basement room, which was a nice room and still had good view from window but because no net curtains or blinds everyone from street level can see straight in to the bed so had to close curtains and lost natural light and view when in the room. Was also a couple of tears in sheet and duvet but nothing too major

The location was great!!!

The information provided on their portal ro was incorrect. Walked into a dirty apartment with things still laying about. Bin not emptied. A chair had fallen and not been picked back up. Stains on the floor. So many obvious signs showing that the place was definitely not cleaned at all. I have all evidence.
