The location was good it was close to the beach and close to the shops and restaurant. Easy walk everywhere.

When we got to the property and tried to park the allocated space the code was given to us by Booking.com was not working! We needed a code to get the bollard down to park. Luckily a member of staff was around and given us the correct code otherwise we could’ve been standing there for hours. My only complaint would be there was no hairdryer provided. I wish I knew this in advance, I just assumed it would be so I had to go to Boots and buy a travel hairdryer. The others thing was they only provided two tiny towels. Two towels the size of a hand towel so that’s not enough for two adult people. So we ended up buying towels for the weekend as well.

The dormitory seems so cramped up with little privacy as the beds are too close and too low. Expected more space per person. Also, it's hard to find this place considering its location not on the main route but on an offshoot road.

1) In the evening I ordered a bar snack and requested a tiny portion of humus to replace the chilli dip. It arrived with the chilli dip and a very large portion of humus which I was charged for but couldn't eat - hence my request for a tiny portion. 2) I stated that I was vegan and requested that no cow's milk or non-vegan snacks were to be left in my room. This request was completely ignored and I had to take the cow's milk and biscuits to reception and ask for some plant milk. 3) The staff at breakfast were very unfriendly and one member became irritated when I asked for orange juice because the jug was empty. I felt more like an imposter than a paying guest. 4) No fridge in my room.
