Ashley the host was amazing throughout our entire stay, he checked in with us daily to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment had absolutely everything you could ever possibly need. Super clean, very modern & good strong WiFi throughout the entire apartment. There even is a Wii Console with 42 games, we've stayed in about 40 different homes across all of N.I and this has been a first for us, which was a lovely out of the box addition for entertainment. There's a DVD player in every room, hundreds of DVDs and Boxsets to choose from and a CD player with loads of CDs to listen to aswell. There's windbreakers and body boards aswell for the beach, a cooler box and I know there is more, we just didn't need the use of them during our stay this time. But honestly, Ashley & LA have literally thought of absolutely everything. We can not wait to return 😍

The look of the hotel, its ambience, staff and food were all very good. The breakfast has a really good choice of options and the dinner we had was exquisite.

Courtyard room was rather cramped. Not enough room to place 2 suitcases for easy access to them without creating an obstacle course for getting round the room. The blind didn't prevent the late May morning sun from lighting up the room too early. The outside of the room door needs better lighting to aid location of the door lock.

The leisure facilities were disgraceful. The equipment in the gym is ancient and borderline dangerous. Weight bench barely stands up with the bar on. The row machine seat is wobbly and I almost fell off with my feet strapped in. The machines are that old and the cable doesn't hold the weight properly. The bathrooms were filthy, really poor showers. The pictures used online look completely different to how the hotel really looks. Not worth the money at all and really disappointed.

The staff said they would make up the sofa bed if we let them know when we was going out - l did but unfortunately they didn’t sort it and my mate just slept on the sofa - which wasn’t ideal.
