Fantastic location with really nicely appointed rooms and all public areas were both spotlessly clean and very welcoming. Breakfast was really good with a wide enough choice to suit all tastes and was very good quality. All the staff were nice and friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Free on site parking is a bonus. We would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Carpet in room was looking bit grubby and staff on bar at nite very nice but just started and very little experience and didn't seem to have anyone experience about and just muddled along

Pictures are very deceiving. The hotel smelt awful and overall very underwhelming. The room was small, lovely view on the positive side but rubbish left all around balcony, orange stains all over balcony doors. Overall felt very dirty and looked nothing like pictures.
