The food servers were charming even though dealing with grumpy hungry clients. They kept up smiles and friendly chat.

Food ordering system was down, we had to queue for 40 mins to order food which was written down manually on a sheet of paper. Once we ordered food our order was lost and had to wait a further 45 mins for order to be located, then prepared.

I think it needs a deep clean. It wasn’t exactly dirty but the cooking items could all do with a clean and the bathroom needs a deeper clean rather than a quick turn around as there was hair on the walls. I just think that there is no value for money left in London so I guess it’s not exactly just this palace but it just seems too much money to me.
