Location is the only positive thing for this hotel , I’d booked the club room for the breakfast deal, I had booked the same in april last year , it was bad then and nothing has improved since then …. The breakfast room is shambolic to say the least, coffee machine ran out of milk and water, tables not cleaned , hardly any fruit. I’d asked for a quiet room , was told yes it’s quiet, on the 10th floor which was fine, however all we heard were the trains !! Definitely not quiet.

Breakfast was great, and times served were convenient. We liked that we were able to get a ground floor room, without having to lug our luggage up narrow stairs. Parking available. Liked being able to have meals at the accommodation. Room was bigger than we expected.

Rooms could do with an update and deep clean. Especially the bathroons with the water salts scum, The bed needed a headboard and wondows & mirrors werent clean
