Location is superb, next to Battersea Park, (Go Ape) inside. On the River, 5 min walk from Pestana. Beside the hotel are steps leading to famous Battersea Power Station with incredible shopping complex, cinemas and great restaurants. The hotel itself has 2 restaurants a gym, a spa and pool and the staff are very helpful. This is one of the best hotels south of the river, with its laid back atmosphere and simple decor. There is also gated parking at the front door.

Breakfast chaotic, no order, not enough cutlery, or cups. Food stations messy. Coffee machine poor. Plates not clean. Not enough seating. Staff not on top of things or visible. Not a lot of food, and quality was poor comparative to other IHG hotels. Sliding Bathroom door with gaps not private in a family room.

Breakfast was a bit frantic on some dsys when tour buses were there Food items and cutlery, crockery in short supply. Short staffed. Brand new combination oven in apartment was so complicated that we couldn't get it to work then discovered it had fused. Very frustrating when part of having an apartment was to facilitate eating in.
