  Location and easy access. Our rooms were across the road so we were not disturbed by the noise or any other issues. Comfortable . Lovely beer garden and nice breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful . Highly recommend the area as lots to see . Perfect for our night away to attend a wedding party . We got a taxi company number and they were brilliant too . Thanks 🤩

  The bathroom was large. The staff at breakfast worked really hard and I could tell the service was busy and stressful. The restaurant manager did a good job under a tricky service. Well done to the waiting staff. The housekeeping staff were really friendly and said hello or good afternoon at every opportunity and I felt that was impressive.

  The pillows were awful, flat and felt like cardboard. They also didn’t have any protectors in them which I didn’t like. I also didn’t like the shower curtain because it didn’t feel very clean. The rooms are not very sound proofed and I had an issue with very loud students on the floor above at 11.30 pm keeping me awake. They were spoken to by staff but they didn’t stop until after 1am. It was awful. Sheets and towels were old and could do with some investment. Overall the hotel needs the owners to invest more in the quality of the facilities available.

  Great for a quick sleepover prior to an early flight. Contactless checkin and room settings worked well. Windowless room was fine and comfortable for a short stay. Fittings and bedding were good quality.

  The bathroom was a little too compact and the raincloud shower made the rest of the bathroom very wet as there wasn’t a separate shower cubicle.
