We received a really lovely welcome. Our stay was short but we had everything we needed and even had some very helpful tips on where to go for a run! Coffee and toast in the morning with a selection of jam and marmalade was great. We stopped the night on our way further north and enjoyed our stay so much we booked to stay on our return journey as well!

The hotel was excellent for a stopover on our journey. There was a good choice of food on the evening meal menu and the breakfast was equally good. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room had everything we needed, including a tea/coffee and biscuits tray.

Lovely location by the Thames with excellent sports and leisure facilities; bed exceptionally comfy; room exceptionally clean; good range of food available at breakfast; lovely dining area overlooking the grounds.

The location was very good in a quiet place near Hyde Park, whereas nearby there are two tube stations, a lot of shops and dining places.
