Great place to stay for short or long duration. The apartment is clean and just meters from the tube (Victoria line) and has a tesco right in front of it. Internet is good, bed comfortable and good shower. The staff are very kind, Cristina was very helpful with any questions I had.

The only thing it could maybe improved for travelers of short stay is that there isn't any cooking stuff such as cutlery, pans, plates or glasses. Also there was not toilet papper, I had to ask for it at reception and they provided it.

The house was immaculately clean and well put together. We travelled with two kids and Pam had been very thorough and thoughtful with her welcome gestures and facilities around the house. She had arranged the rooms to fit us all comfortably. We absolutely loved our stay here!

The beds were comfy, staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice. General cleanliness of the hotel was good.

The toilet was so close to the wall and had boxing in right next to it that it was impossible to sit straight. The shower pressure was useless and hard to get to the right temperature. The corridor leading to our room had a weird smell.

I think our main issue was the no room service. I understand this could be due to logistics and staffing. But with the menu on the table and the option to order I thought oh great, but then I ready I had to go down and pick it up. I might as well order it down there as ordering in the room will only speed it by a few minutes. Doesn’t seem worth it to me. Aside from this, I issues I can think of.

The bar seems to close whenever the bar staff seemed to decide when they want to go home. Friday after checking in the evening, the bar closed at 22:10.. when there meant to close at 22:00 from what the hotel staff told me. The bar can actually stay open till 1am as stated on the licence on the wall. Two bar staff behind the bar when ideally just 1 is needed for late evening periods. So with the bar being closed at 22:10 I had to buy two pints at a time, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to have another one. Someone from the hotel need to have a word with with the bar manager, same happened Saturday night, bar closed just after 22:00 when there were about 10 customers sat drinking. I’m not the only one who has complained about this. They either keep the bar open till 23:00 especially on a weekend, otherwise myself won’t be staying here again aswell as other customers. Whole point in staying at a hotel is to relax with a few beers after a long day out.. no chance of that happening here
