Super comfortable bed and modern bathroom in a gorgeous historic building. Lovely personal touch with a snacks goodie bag and available toiletries. I had forgotten my toothbrush so the convenience of being able to get one at the property was a bonus! Great view over rooftops to the ocean.

The staff were very accommodating and I was able to check in early. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice modern bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. I had stayed at this hotel 2 weeks before and because I had a great room I chose to stay here again.

Probably because I booked in early the choice of rooms was not available. However, I was given room 105 which had one of the walls sharing the lift shaft. This was noisy when the lift was being used which you can imagine in a hotel is often. The room was comfortable and the ceilings very high. There was only a very small windon in the room and it is 3 meters above the floor so no view from the room at all. Only a vail curtain was on the windom so a 5.45 I was awake because of the light in the room. I'm sure in the winter time this is not an issue when the sun rises late.

Tv wouldn’t work properly had to get man to sort it but he hadn’t got a clue coffee was bit yuk it had milk in it shower head would not stay up would have been nice to open balcony door but was taped up room was bit cold heater didn’t do much carpet on stairs could do with looking at slipped on it needs tack down securely

Unfortunately, I had to ask to be collected from this venue as my room was right next to their outdoor entertainment area and the music was too loud to be able to remain in the room. I had been assured it would be turned off by midnight but this was far too late for my needs. The staff were very understanding but said they could not offer a refund because I had booked via Booking.com and not directly with the hotel, I am still waiting to hear from Booking.com as to whether they will offer a full refund.
