Everything was beautifully clean, the kitchen had everything needed, including an oven as well as an induction hob. The setting, garden, pond and sheep lovely. Decking and picnic table had a lovely view of the pond. The cafe and bar freindly and relaxed, though it might have stayed open a little later (closed at 1900). The farm shop has a good selection of local products and essentials. The site was generally well maintained and quiet when we went (just after 1/2 term).

We stayed in raspberry, the door didn't open properly (maybe 20"?) just enough to get in, but not if we had luggage. The bed was a standard double, (description not included in room details). It did not have any where to sit inside, or under shelter outside. The TV was tiny, about the same size as my laptop. For what we paid for a night, a mid to luxury hotel room might well have been better value.

I really liked this wee hostel in the middle of Bath. Couldn't ask for better location. Staff was very friendly and hostel was clean. I believe they recently painted too, so it had even more of a clean feeling. I was pleasantly surprised by facilities (more spacious showers than most hostels I stayed at have). Highly recommend staying here (unless you are sensitive to noise - see below)

While I liked staying here and if in Bath again, I would be happy to stay here again, I did not sleep great. I was in 12bed room facing main street which was really noisy into late hours. Noone can influence who I share room with, I know, but I had some noisy roomates who did not care that they are noisy or that the door is very loud unless closed carefully - even in late night/early morning hours. I would maybe aim for smaller or private room next time...

Loved the amount of space and character of cottage. Well appointed with almost everything you could want. Liked the fact that there was tea and coffee provided. Quality of the bed linen and towels was excellent. Great that off street parking was available. Views from property were gorgeous.

There were only a few small things that would have made it perfect. It would have been nice that given tea and coffee are provided a pint of milk would have been appreciated. A tea towel in the kitchen would have useful and possibly a safety mat for the bottom of the shower cubicle, it did become a little slippery at times.

This is the first time I have used Freedom 102 I will be coming again the van is very clean and comfortable,the location is great and close to all amenities also we were here for a golfing weekend and it’s a great location to play some really good golf courses in the Highlands.

Rooms not together as requested. Unpleasant atmosphere in bar. Power cut to bathroom in early morning. Broken toilet seat. Breakfast was hit and miss in terms of quality each morning.
