The location of the Hotel was excellent for us within the vicinity of the Park, beach and also local pubs and restaurants. Jeanette was particularly helpful in advising where to eat and it was excellent The Breakfasts in the morning were excellent, good choice, good quality and were served fresh and hot My wife actually commented that it was the best cooked breakfast she's ever had at a Hotel!

There wasn't anything me and my wife found that we didn't like. We arrived late and couldn't park in the car park, but there was adequate parking on the road opposite

Nicely appointed hotel. Very good restaurant and comfortable bar area. The spa and pool are pretty good, with an excellent sauna and steam room. Breakfast was very good. The rooms with 2 large beds are great for our purposes, and I wish more hotels had them.

The show-stopper for me was the connecting door in our room which acted like a loud-speaker for the room next door. Very disruptive when the occupants come back in the early hours and woke us up, resulting in an awful night’s sleep.

The staff were very friendly and parking was a great price compared to other hotels. Breakfast was really good. There was a little shop for little bits and bobs, snacks, drinks etc

The bed was a little squeaky and the toilet lod was extra loud when closing and opening. Only minor but worth mentioning for fixing.

It was unclean in all areas, the bar and restaurant were full of dirty glasses and menus , the room was freezing cold on arrival and shower was broken with either red hot or freezing cold as choice. Hairdryer was useless. No plug sockets by bed. Decor ancient is accepted but the chairs and couches looked filthy not to mention carpets. In no way does it deserve 4 stars extremely disappointing for what we paid. Glad it was only one essential night stay.

The room which I was offered is in need of a full refurbishment. On the first day, I was unable to get any cold water from the shower as the temperature regulator was damaged. It took me a whole day having a back-and-forth with the management to get this resolved. There was extensive mould in the bathroom, the shower head was in a bad shape, the bed was uncomfortable - the list goes on. I would never stay here again.
