We stay as a group every year just for a few nights, the staff are friendly and helpful (good communication) rooms are clean with tea and coffee tray comfy bed, location is excellent the parking is cheap at £6 for 24hrs (you'll need to pop in reception for a token on arrival) carpark is next door. Breakfast was cooked well and lovely bacon only thing missing was alittle crossiant or cake but again staff lovely! For the money we are always pleased with our stay.

The only thing I would say is we came in late and asked for the room keys for a few rooms and it was just given over no questions asked ,i think for security the surname should be asked :) Also better quality toilet roll

Breakfast good. I had an early start one day and was provided with a good "pack breakfast". At dinner, I ordered starter which did not arrive. On pointing this out. It was delivered. By way of apology, it was not charged. Otherwise, the meal was very good. Bedroom was small, but perfectly adequate and attractive. Staff were friendly and helpful.

En suite bathroom was something of a safety hazard. There was a small step up to the bathroom, which, in poor light could be dangerous. The shower was in the bath, which was quite slippy underfoot; no anti-slip mat was provided.

Great place to stay! Close to the beach and lagoon, in very quiet area. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and dogs friendly. Good communication and clear instructions. Highly recommended ☺️

Free wi-fi is great but this one has a child lock imposed to block certain sites, i.e those relating to alcohol. The choice of beer is limited. However I do understand the reasons for both these points.

Bad reception. Rude check in. Paid for a deluxe room. Got what was a basic room compared to other city hotels I have stayed in around the world. No City views back of hotel car park view. Overpriced and not worth paying for what I got. Poor food menu. Noisy corridors. Will never darken there door again.
