Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  the extra - care of the people at the reception desk, I forgot the light on in my car, so by the morning it would have been a flat battery, they called me in my room to double check, so I am thankful for that. the bed are comfortable, walls are a bit thick and one can here noises from other rooms, but nothing that is not unmanageable, the location itself is right in the middle of the historic center, the pub is nice and the breakfast delicious

  Beautiful little space with ample room. Decorated really well with plenty of power sockets, shelves etc to make a longer stay really comfortable. We only stayed one night due to travelling on but would recommend to others. Private entrance means you can do your own thing. All the facilities you’d need. The hospitality touches were great and everything provided for you. View was wonderful and beds so comfortable. Great use of space

  Great location and walking distance to a adventure island and pier. Very friendly and super helpful staff. Super clean, lovely carpet, comfy bed, lovely bed linen, superb bathroom with a shower cabin, toiletries provided, plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk and we have even kitchennette with microwave and fridge. We love our stay here.

  Absence of lifts/ elevators or bellhops - you dont want to be on the last floor. Thin walls - I could hear what was being discussed in the adjoining rooms, limited what I could converse in my room. No direct staff onsite to interface with - I had to call the Customer care line everytime to get basic things done. All my sockets stopped working and I couldnt get anyone onsite to fix it. Even a call to the customer care line still couldnt get it done. Checked out in the morning.
