Breakfast - lots of choice and flexibility as well as tasting lovely, fresh cooked and hot. Meals were delish. All of the staff were friendly, supportive, interested and accommodating. Good internet signal, Beds were very comfortable and the room very clean and well decorated and appointed. Plenty of tea and coffee - and water, which was very much appreciated, in the room and during meals. Checking in and out was simple and flexible, timewise, too.

The squawking of the gulls during the night and not being able to book the right weather. We found the dining room rather dark for reading the menu in the evening

The owner of this B&B turned away my daughter and her boyfriend because they had a few drinks in the local pub and left them on the streets for the night and also didnt take any responsibility to refund me as i paid 90 pound and he promised a refund which he didnt do. Im disgusted to say the least .

There was a problem with insects biting me, I managed to get a picnic one and when it was on my hand I could see it looked like a flea 😐 the company offered to refund me if I wanted to leave early but that was easier said then done.the oven also only has one shelf and it isn't for that oven so be careful as it can fall down.

Clean bedding, location, heating, hot water.

Shower cubicle far too small, suggest wall shower not overhead as did not want to wash hair every day and no space to avoid shower. Windows were film covered so could not see out, very claustrophobic, maybe film just halfway. No milk provided. Kettle too big to fill in sink, suggest smaller kettle. Exceptionally small entrance space( room in the attic) and very dark. Suggest some type of lighting. Tired decor. Building frontage is deceptive as you are inclined to think it's a modern building but behind the facia, the space is original in most areas.
