The property was spacious, well equipped, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The hosts left generous amounts of teabags, sugar, biscuits and a bottle of wine. There was even washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and paper towel which is often not available. The location was ideal. Quiet but virtually next to a beach and only 10-15 min walk from dreamland/margate town centre. Check in/out was smooth and the security deposit refunded promptly.

The central heating was difficult to figure out so we gave up. I’m sure the hosts would have helped if we asked but it was May so figured we’d survive without it! Also a non-stick saucepan in the kitchen and big frying pan would have been useful. But these were both minor things that did not particularly impact our stay.

Fab little flat everything you need. Lovely view out back. Could get in touch with owners quite easily for any information needed. Lovely and close to Stratford-upon-Avon Town center. Morrison a quick k drive away.. loved it.

Look good at the start, staff were helpful. Big room, lovely courtyard view to eat breakfast. Over all a good budget room. Good for short term stay.

When looking closer, a bit of TLC wouldn't go a miss. Paint chipping, drains very slow to drain. Only one towel provided even though there was two of us in a room. Didn't mind much as was only there for one night.

The room is horribly designed, room No 1. Small, bathroom blocks out the light where it is situated against the outer wall , windows don’t give much light, no mirrors near a light or positioned in a good way, no hooks to hang any towels on, had to take the loo roll off its holder to put a hand towel there! All the doors squeaked loudly and in need of oiling. Sink very small, could barely fit the small kettle in it to fill it. Bathroom badly designed, mirror pressed right up in a corner above tiny sink, hand soap nailed to the wall about a few foot above the sink! Bed was too hard and we had to move the wardrobe as someone had positioned it over the long mirror!! And the wall sockets were hidden behind the wardrobe too, making it quite hard to access them! It’s a horrid little room and has def put me off staying here again!

Hotel was very run down and worn out. Needs a complete overhaul. Room was very basic. Needed a good clean, redecorated and updated. Bathroom needed to be updated. The hotel was very disorganised. I wanted to settle our food bill the night before we checked out. The person on reception couldn't find a record of it and had to get help. It was eventually settled. The next morning the same person ran after us in the car park saying we hadnt settled our bill.

My friend tried to book using your system and had confirmation that there was a problem and booking didn't go through, I then booked the twin room and paid, my friend 2 minutes later had an email saying his booking had gone through, he called up but was unable to cancel and now we had 2 x twin rooms, not very happy with booking.com
