Great location for town (restaurants, harbour, shops etc) and for Porthmeor beach. Cosy flat, that wasn't too hot in June. Comfy bed (have stayed in plenty of places that aren't comfy). Hose outside to rinse off wetsuits and a balcony to hang them on. Keysafe by door, so can store keys there when out. Space round the side to store surfboard out of sight.

Seagulls can be noisy at dawn. Downside of a lovely seaside town. It's a hard life, eh! : ) Double bed only just fits in the bedroom, so if there are two of you, one will have to climb over the other to get to the bathroom in the night.

Pleasantly surprised after seeing some of the comments and also have previously used a Brittania Hotel and been disappointed. Calm, welcoming and spacious, friendly helpful staff. Our grandchildren would have loved it! Lovely scent of pine trees outside.
