The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The location was perfect for a trade fair we were exhibiting at - The Business Design Centre. It was quiet, as stated, and we managed to get the TV working and log into our Netflix account. The beds were clean and we were both warm enough. I brought my own pillow, but my partner had no complains about his sleeping. The shower in the en-suite worked fine for us, and the towels were soft and fresh. The owner seemed genuinely concerned when we decided to leave a day early (due to a parking problem that was nothing to do with the flat) - but wished us as safe journey as we left our keys. I would definitely use this location again if needed.

I forgot to tell the host, but the two doors leading to the outdoor patio did not lock. Therefore the flat was never fully secure during our stay. As it only looked like this bit was accessible via the next-door flat, we took our chances but didn't leave any valuables there, just in case. We did not use the shower in the middle of the flat, because there was a bad drains smell coming from there. There was no live TV. It didn't really impact our stay, but it would have been nice to watch the news in the morning.

The staff were friendly and helpful, even supplying a packed lunch as I left too early for the included breakfast, and the location was also good for my travels next day.

The public bar area is in need of some updating and proper organisation. The room I stayed in also needed updating, and the shower was pretty bad too. The front door into the room was an exterior door as the rooms were in an annexe building, but there were gaps in the slats of the door that you could see through to outside!

The room was huge and the staff was really nice. There's a bus stop that leaves you at Piccadilly (94 bus) operating 24/7, so you are close to the city center.

Some hairs (not mine) in the shower.

The breakfast was excellent, apart ftom the coffee which was not first rate. The bread was delicious. Cereals, yoghurt, lovely honey and cooked food all very good.

My single bed was quite narrow, and I had the sensation I was rolling off during the night. By chance we met the maintenance man appeared in the morning to 'fix the bed' whereupon I noticed it was uneven at the foot end. This may have contributed to the sensation of rolling off the mattress.

The staff was fantastic, and the bar had a decent selection of beers. Nice breakfast.

Parking facility was good, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

We booked for three rooms and our preference for rooms were to be close together. But when we arrived the hotel, we found that 3 rooms were in 3 different floors which was quite annoying.
