  The location was convenient to access Olympia. The bathroom was clean and well maintained.

  I booked the sapphire hotel and then was messaged later down the line to say I "may" be in a different hotel (which they named) for my "convenience". I requested to not be moved and to keep the room I had purchased (I had booked that location and type of room for specific reasons). When I arrived I ended up in neither of the hotels discussed & with a tiny room completely unlike what I was expecting from the photos without any prior warning or asking if it was ok, the reason: they had over booked their previous two options. My feedback - which I also gave on the day: don't show rooms/locations as available where they are not.

  A bit old. Although we had a big room (paid for upgrade)the tv was the other side of the room and very small. No dining for an evening meal and the breakfast which was included was small and limited.
