Very spacious room and the choice for breakfast was extremely good . The young man operating the service was efficient and friendly and would like to pass on our sincere Thanks . We initially had a problem with our room but Bode the guest service manager on the desk went over and above to make sure it was rectified . I hope the hotel chain recognises these individuals as dedicated staff are very hard to come by . Would certainly recommend.

My stay was brilliant. Caroline & Adrian were very friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable about the area. It is perfectly placed for getting around.i am so happy I found them as I will definitely stay there whenever I get the chance to go down to Poole.

The welcome was friendly, the hotel was central to the town and it had loads of character.

I paid extra for a larger room but to access it I had to walk outside and up a spiral staircase, this would have been a challenge for an older person. My room was cold (the heating wasn’t working) and the toilet facilities were odd - the bath was in the bedroom and the toilet was in the corner behind some frosted glass, there wasn’t a lot of privacy.

Slippery shower access is a bit dangerous .Even with blinds and curtains closed the bedroom was very bright early in the morning. Towels were a bit small and there were no hand towels.

Didn't expect much for £27 but the room hadn't been cleaned after previous guests. Bed dirty, coffee mugs still with coffee in. Unable to use other bed due to mould on the roof. Had to find alternative accommodation, Ibis Budget in Salford Quays is 2 miles away, slightly more expensive but 100000x better!
