  The location of the Hotel is very good with easy access to public transport and the city centre. The hotel rooms are basic and may feel a little crammed for more than 1 person. (If you are there just for a night or two it may not matter.) There is a communal tea/coffee machine near the lifts but there is no provision for the same in the room which at times feels inconvenient when you are in the furthest corner. The room decor is minimal and may not be appealing to everyone.

  No tea/coffee machine in the room. The lights feel too bright at times in the room but not so in the bathroom. May be one or two dimmable lights in the room will be a good addition. The wi-fi is not the fastest and at times (feels) slower than 3G. My 4G on the phone was faster though for some reason there were signal issues if the phone was away from the window.

  Room was nice size and included a little kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and an induction hob! We had most cutlery but was missing some but after calling reception anything missing was brought to the room instantly. Bed was very comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some reviews have been overly negative but this was not our experience what so ever! Will 100% come back if we are going to a gig at the 02 forum again!

  Through no fault of their own there is some building work going on within the hotel. This is not the hotels or staffs fault however and didn’t impact our stay. Was just a little bit of building noise around 9/10am which may put some people off depending on the length of stay. Can’t moan at them for trying to improve the place though. Also would have been nice to have had a place to get breakfast within the hotel, but this may be what the building work is for!

  Another fantastic stay!!! Third stay to visit our son based up here and it cannot be faulted. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, amazing food and the staff are all so kind and hospitable. Beautiful little village surrounded by so many places to visit. Cannot wait to return!!! 😃
