Great location next to supermarkets and restaurants and short travel to nearby events that we attended, facilities were nice and considered, everything you could need for a short stay, iron, toothpaste, teabags, coffee maker etc, cute little working nook with desk. The outdoor seating given nice weather was lovely.

It needs some love, some broken glass bedside cabinets (taped up), missing plug from one side lamp so the lighting was messed up, very old furniture etc, no water pressure in kitchen sink, lack of decoration in the bedroom, some artwork on the walls would make the room more attractive, as it lacked anything on the walls, portable mirror or standing mirror in bedroom would be handy, lampshade in the bedroom would also help the aesthetic, the hammock pictures in the photos was not hung up which was misleading and disappointing, some garden candle holders were smashed which was a choice not to replace.

Was an excellent hotel for a stop over at Heathrow Airport. We arrived at Terminal 3 and it was a fair walk to the hotel which was at Terminal 2 and you had to walk through the carpark to find the entrance, however all within the airport complex.

Location is excellent as you’ll near everything. Some staff were friendly especially the door staff who always greeted us. Room was ok but very minimal

We paid for a late checkout and were abruptly woken by a staff member who very rudely told me we were late checking out( we were checking out at 12 and woke at 10.30). Although I informed her of this she very rudely told me to take it up with reception. When I went down I informed the gentleman what had happened who then told me you have to pay for a late check out even though I had explained this. He checked it up and seen we had .. made apologies for it and gave us an extra 1hr . On return to the room I again bumped in to this lady on the same landing and informed her I had been down and they had confirmed we had paid and it was on the system and she abruptly said ok ( no apology for the mistake on her end) When leaving I enquired to the persons name whom had been rude and was informed that there is so many staff there they couldn’t possibly know who it was even though a description was given. I’ve recommended this hotel to anyone that is staying in the centre snd This was my third time staying here but unfortunately I can say third time wasn’t the charm after this incident.

The room i was first allocated was awful. High windows with no view, when id ssked for a view, tv didnt funtion, windows sealed shut and air con didnt work. Was promised a fan which never arrived. It was only when i asked gor a refund, i was.offered a different room. I was told that none of the rooms had windows that opened, but they clearly do in most, Room was ok but no bathtub and still no view....however everything worked ok.

The location although convenient for food such as McDonald's and grocery / supermarkets, it was quite far to travel to see main landmarks of London. Hopping on and off the Tube with a pushchair at Wood Green station without lifts was cumbersome and on evenings when it was late and we were tired, we chose to take a taxi which would cost us £50-£60. A journey from the apartment into London (bus 121 and then Tube into Leicester Square) would take 40-50 minutes. We were asked to take out the rubbish at the end of our stay - this seems to misalign with our expectations as it is advertised as a 'serviced' apartment. It is a very small issue but it would be nice if guests did not have to do so. We share this to help improve the overall experience for future guests.
