Great value for money, room & bedding was clean, I wasnt expecting the small kitchenette with kettle, fridge, mini freezer plus some free tea & coffee - very welcoming! Had a decent size wardrobe and and small drawer cabinet in the room so plenty of storage although i didnt use it for one night. I had messaged the Host to ask if i could amend the check-in time & they responded very quickly and was able to meet my request. Location is good for parking, stand a good chance at getting a spot on the free roads. Would stay here again!

Martin and his wife are very welcoming, we had a wonderful stay ! The English breakfast was very tasty, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the house is very well located in front of the beautiful beach with an amazing view. The best B&B of our stay in Northern Ireland 🍀.

Really friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, rooms were comfortable, clean and smelt lovely and fresh. Breakfast was lovely, full English was delicious. Great location a short walk from the city centre and from the Hoe.

The location was very good ,parking was no problem,and staff were friendly and very helpful.Would recommend the breakfast and evening food was also good .Room was very nice, comfy bed,and had everything I needed.Thank you.

Great location, around 5-10 minutes from the airport. Shuttles are available to- and from the airport for much cheaper than the cost of a taxi or Uber which is great!

When I arrived there was no one on the reception desk, despite the hotel advertising it as a 24 front desk. I was waiting for over 25 minutes by myself with no assistance. I could hear that someone was in the toilets in the reception area on their phone (I think watching videos). I had phoned the hotel twice whilst I was waiting at the desk in the hopes that someone would hear this and come to assist me, but no luck. I was only helped when I begun knocking on doors in the Reception area to see if they were the staff room and whether there was someone who could help me. The staff member eventually. And out of the toilet (where he had been for over 25mins watching videos) with no apology and was quite rude. There was also no one available to assist me in the morning when I checked out and had queries about the airport transfers. The hotel itself is fine but the staff really let it down
