Everything was great. A slight walk from the car parks (more info on these prior to booking would be my only suggestion) but other than that the room was great, staff helpful and served its purpose as a base for getting to London.

Nothing. There were no cause for complaints with the hotel. It was well priced and close to bars, restaurants, supermarket and train station.

location was close to a tube stop and some great local cafes that weren’t overly expensive. was just out of central london which meant the tube ride was 30 mins to get to king’s cross which wasn’t a big deal at all

Breaktest was a super Buffet. The rooms were perfectly acceptable the setting was spitze - 10 minutes by train into cambridge and 5 minutes from Duxford IWM. A great place to staay.

The hot tub was a bit over looked by the hotel pods in front of us. Not a major issue but felt too embarrassed to go in during the early afternoon.

Toilet in a different, tiny room to the rest of the bathroom facilities. Didn't get to use the pool due to constraints of my trip which was a shame.

- No one met us when we arrived at the property even though I advised them once I arrived at the airport. We were left stranded for 30 mins with 4 large baggages and two backpacks. When I called 2 times again, I was interrogated as she kept asking for my details instead of giving me a solution ASAP. - Bed sheets were stained. - The main door of the common area has its glass shattered which is not secure. - Gave feedback to property but they asked for pictures to tackle their issues. I do not have said pictures so the issue will remain for future visitors. There's no need for a picture to checkout the shattered door.
