Excellent facilities, including swimming pool, jacuzzi, games room. Food was available virtually all day which was top notch, we couldn't fault it. Bed was comfortable and it was one of the few hotels I've been in where I didn't get neck ache from the pillows. Good size hotel car park. The added bonus was that being away from the sea front I wasn't expecting to see the sea but there it was in the distance which was great. Also a lovely park opposite the hotel which you could walk through to get to the sea front. We cant wait to return.

Can't find much to say other than the pool table could do with replacing or recovering and some new cues are needed but this is just nit picking really.

The breakfast was outstanding value for money at £14.95 I think it was for as much as you can eat. The location coolant have been closer for the sports event we were attending at Bestow Hockey and Tennis Centre. The location is right on campus, too fr those attending university events. Set in the stunning grounds of the university and Highfields Park. Plenty of car parking spaces.

Everything! The family are friendly and made us feel very welcome. For us and our dogs, the chalet became home away from home. We couldn't have wished for a better location. The farm, and local area provide breathtaking views. There are a couple of beautiful beaches a short drive away. We recommend Whistling Sands Beach and Porth Lago (perfect for sunset views).

Room was a reasonable size for 1 person (it was a double); fine to sleep in but no desk space, property was very quiet and in a nice area. Good shower. Staff member who greeted me was very pleasant and helpful. Ample parking. Tesco express and places to eat within walking distance. Within easy distance of Sheffield Meadowhall area.

No bathroom amenities (luckily I had my own shower gel etc), I had got the impression from the write up that a continental breakfast could be available, but there was no evidence of this. After my arrival I didn't see any staff members again, even when I checked out. I was there for 2 nights and my room was not serviced - not a problem for me, but I did wonder how often it happens!

Hosts were really helpful, our contractor took his puppy along with him and they were really helpful in getting that sorted, Property was lovely and ideal location for the lads to get to and from work.

See photos: 1 & 2, No switch on bedside lamp, had to get out of bed to turn on or off from wall socket. 3, Dirty/mouldy grout in shower. 4, Broken window. 5, Armchair had seen better days. 6. Paper stuffed around toilet soil pipe to fix leak. 7, Shower pipe not sealed. 8, More dirty grout. 9, Shabby poorly fitted door locks. 10, Fitted sheet not fitted to mattress properly. 11, "Fresh" fitted sheet, I don't think this had been near a steam iron. 12, Wardrobe door off its hinge. 13, Headboard not fixed to wall. 14, Painted light switch. Clearly management are wearing blinkers assuming they even bother to check standard of rooms.
