Great location right on Shepherd's Bush Green. Bus stops right outside, Tube station at the other end of the park (5 minute walk) and a couple of overground stations nearby as well. Lot's of bars, restaurants in close proximity. A mini supermarket (Sainsbury's Local) at the end of the block and a M&S Simply Food at the BP service station nearby as well. Within easy walking distance of the Westfield Shopping Centre (10-15 minutes). Staff were friendly and also very helpful in resolving the issues with our room(s) (kitchenette facilities not functioning in first 2 rooms). We were then upgraded to a room with a terrace (and a nice view), comped buffet breakfast for 2 and 2 drinks at the hotel bar for all the hassle. Free laundry (washing and drying) facilities which was very useful for our 1 week stay.

Unfortunately, we experienced some initial issues with the kitchenette facilities in our room (Convection/Microwave was not functioning). Staff then moved us to a new room but once again, the kitchenette had issues (Extractor Fan and lighting were not working). However, as mentioned above, we were eventually upgraded to a room with a terrace, a lovely view and a fully functioning kitchenette. We were also comped a buffet breakfast and some drinks at the hotel bar, which was much appreciated and really made the stay enjoyable. Due to the bus stops out front and a lack of a proper porte cochère, there isn't a proper pickup/set down spot for Taxis/Ubers. The end result being that you end up half-way down the block from the hotel entrance, which is a bit of a hassle if you have a lot of luggage/shopping!

The reason our stay was so good was down to one person. A member of staff called Paul. When we had a problem with the hot water he made sure the rest of our stay was the best. We are grateful to him for helping us and making sure our stay was so comfortable. Being a dining pub, dinner was very good as well.

I reached there by 2.35pm on Saturday 21st. I waited in the queue & went to the reception at 2.40pm. Receptionist asked to take seat in the bar area & she will call me when the room is ready.

I was waiting to be checked in from 2.40pm to 3.10pm but the receptionist never called me. So I went to receptionist by 3.10pm to see there is queue of people to checked in but I was asked to be in the queue again to talk to reception. After 10 min the reception said the room is not ready. I waited again in the sitting area but they never bothered to call me when the room was ready & went to reception for the third time to find out the room is not ready. Waited for another 10 min still reception did not tell me thecroom was ready until I went & asked again. Reception is not polite. My TV was not working. Try to call reception no answer. I went down to reception & informed. Reception lady said she will Sent someone to my room to check the TV but never sent anyone. All together I had to wait for more than an hour before I checked in.
