It was located closeby to a location I needed to attend. They have their own parking spaces out front and at the back. Quite a few food places within walking distance of the property such as, indian restaurants, pub food, harvester, a chinese, a chip shop etc. for the size of this hotel, the breakfast seating area seems acceptable and staff are polite and accommodating.

It was advertised as to having an italian restaurant in house, only for me to discover this was not the case any longer and the booking ad is out of date! The washroom doors are a strange wooden barndoor style and the washrooms are pretty small.

The hotel was a wonderful place to stay because the room was cosy, comfortable, clean, and with a lovely view of the harbour. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made dinner and breakfast an absolute joy. The choice of bars is great, and the bar staff's willingness to serve whatever you want was a pleasant surprise.

The lack of a stand-up shower was something of a disappointment for such a good hotel. The Land Rover service up to Clovelly village finishes at 5.00 and doesn't start until 12.00, which was less than helpful, even though it was blowing a gale.

Location was perfect, just a short walk from the main pier. Lots of shops and restaurant on the street and a stones throw from the Great Orme tram ride. Breakfast was fantastic, something for everyone. Staff were all so friendly, couldn’t fault any of them.
